Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.  Please note that our office are closed the following dates:

We are located at the corner of Hwy. 59 and Weslayan, two blocks south from Lakewood Church, in the Weslayan Tower. Our offices are located on the 19th floor, and parking is free for the first 15 minutes.

We strongly recommend parking in the garage and not on the street. HPD tickets cars quickly in the Greenway Plaza area.

If you are coming to claim a prize, you MUST bring a picture ID (Texas Drivers License, ID Card, or Military ID Card) and if claiming a prize over $200, your Social Security Card.  If you need to send someone to claim your prize for you, that person MUST bring a copy of YOUR ID or Driver’s License.

You must come IN PERSON for cash prizes or prizes valued at more than $600.

Unfortunately we CANNOT mail any prizes.

All prizes (except tickets) must be claimed within 30 days of winning. Failure to claim prizes within 30 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.  Tickets must be picked up before 5:30pm on the last business day before the event.  Unclaimed prizes may not be substituted or replaced.

Friends With Benefits contest winners will receive an e-mail with specific instructions on claiming their prizes.  The e-mail will specify any deadlines in claiming those prizes.
